FEATURES OF THE ORGANIZATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL-PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT OF SUVOROV MILITARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

Abstract: the article presents the system of psychological and pedagogical support developed at the Tver Suvorov Military School, which successfully operates taking into account the individual, age and psycho-physiological characteristics of pupils in order to solve the key task of training comprehensively educated, developed and patriotic citizens focused on public service in the military and civil fields. Psychological service, carrying out its activities within the walls of the Tver Suvorov Military School, has features, expressed in the applied, practical and scientific nature of functioning. Psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process is carried out on the basis of the following principles: the value and uniqueness of the individual, the priority of personal development; recognition of the individuality and self-worth of the pupil; integrity; consistency; timeliness; practical orientation; protection and strengthening of mental health. The main task of psychological and pedagogical support of pupils is the formation of psychological readiness for life self-determination, including personal, social and professional self-determination. The article identifies three main areas of activity of the teacher-psychologist: psychological diagnosis, psychological correction, psychological education.
