INFLUENCE OF OZONOTHERAPY ON THE DYNAMICS OF INDICATORS OF HUMORAL IMMUNITY IN ACUTE INFLAMMATION OF THE UTERINE ADNEXA

Abstract: the analysis of immunological parameters against the background of the treatment of 60 patients with acute nonspecific inflammatory diseases of the uterus. Depending on the treatment, patients were divided into 2 groups. Group I included 30 women who underwent treatment of acute NVZPM, which includes injectable antibacterial, immunocorrective and intravenous detoxification therapy, vitamins, desensitizing drugs and physiotherapy. In group II, 30 women, in addition to complex treatment, underwent local and infusion ozone therapy. All patients examined in our work signed an informed consent to participate in the research program and a bilateral agreement on the confidentiality of personal data. The criteria for analysis were the content of immunoglobulins IgM, IgG and IgA, indicators of circulating immune complexes (CIC) in blood serum, spontaneous and induced phagocytic activity of neutrophils. It was found that 6 days after the start of treatment, the IgM content in group II was significantly lower than in group I, which indicated a more rapid regression of the inflammatory process during ozone therapy (P <0.05). In addition, in the studied groups, against the background of almost identical indices of HCT-spontaneous (P> 0.05), HCT-induced in the II group was significantly higher in the II group, where ozone therapy was carried out (P <0.05). This indicated the preservation of reserves of oxygen-dependent phagocytic activity of neutrophils against the background of ozone therapy. At the same time, against the background of the treatment in the blood serum of patients of group II, a significantly lower amount of CIC was determined (P <0.05). Thus, the positive effect of infusion ozone therapy on various parts of the acute inflammatory process in the uterine adnexa indicates the validity of its use in the treatment of this pathology.
