STUDY OF THE IMMUNOTROPIC EFFECT OF PLETNEV DROPS NO. 7

Abstract: a characteristic feature of the early 21st century is a significant increase in acute and chronic infectious diseases. This is a consequence of a decrease in the immunological reactivity of the entire population of the planet. Against the background of reduced immune system functions, the use of even highly effective antibiotics of the latest generation does not always give a good clinical effect. In this regard, one of the most important problems of modern medicine is the correction of weakened immune system functions with the help of highly effective immunomodulatory drugs, the search and creation of which are relevant.

Therefore, the study of the immunotropic effect of Pletnev drops No. 7 was of great practical interest, as in many countries there are a large number of patients with disorders in the immune system, autoimmune and infectious diseases. As a result of the study, it was found that on the model of immunosuppression in mice caused by cyclophosphane at a dose of 150 mg/kg, Pletnev drops No. 7 at a dose of 50 µg/kg (by dry residue) when diluted in warm water (37°-38°C) in a ratio of 1:7, when administered orally to animals, have an expressed immunomodulatory and antioxidant effect. It is shown that the introduction of cyclophosphane in animals at a dose of 150 mg/kg 3 days before immunization with sheep red blood cells leads to a significant suppression of the immune response to sheep red blood cells. Pletnev drops No. 7, administered orally at a dose of 50 µg /kg 3 days after the introduction of cyclophosphane, contribute to the restoration of humoral immunity. Injection of Pletnev drops No. 7 to animals at a dose of 50 µg/ g reduces the chemiluminescence of splenocytes and peripheral blood cells of mice induced by zymosan.
