Abstract: the article presents innovative materials showing the influence of electromagnetic fields on the hormonal status of women in the early postpartum period, in need of comprehensive dental treatment. The emphasis is on the corrective effects of magnetophoresis with the drug “Metrogil-dent”, both on dental pathological disorders and hormonal-somatic background of women in the early postpartum period.
It is proved that complex dental and physiotherapeutic treatment provides higher effective quality, low level of postmanipulation complications and shorter terms of its carrying out that is important for pregnant and nursing women.
