Abstract: the modern concept of development of degenerative nervous system has undergone significant changes, both in the evaluation of diagnostic criteria, pathogenetic, and rehabilitative techniques, which should focus, on the one hand, on modern pharmacologically safe technologies, reducing the drug load on patients and improve the quality of life for them, and, on the other hand, prognostic financial and social performance indicators (health, professional, economic, psychological) [7, 10]. In this regard, the emphasis is on performance regression pain effects of rehabilitation medical complex, in which by means of physical culture reliably amplify physical factors,which does not contradict the literature data [1, 3, 6, 7, 8].
