TO THE QUESTION OF THE CIRCULATION IN THE PELVIC ORGANS IN WOMEN OPERATED ON FOR CANCER OF THE UTERUS

Abstract: currently, the relationship between oral administration of estrogenic drugs and increased risk of thrombosis has been proved [8]. According to some authors, the risks of thrombosis as a result of oral forms of estrogen-containing drugs are associated with a 2-6-fold increase in the risk of thrombosis [2]. Estrogen-containing drugs are prescribed not only to protect against unwanted pregnancy, but also in a number of gynecological diseases, for example, endometriosis. Endometriosis is recognized as one of the most common gynecological diseases associated with the risk of neoplastic processes, including uterine cancer [1, 3, 4, 5, 7]. In endometriosis, endometrial tissue is found outside the uterus: on the surface of the pelvic organs, in the abdominal cavity, on the ovary, where it should not be detected, which causes not only the formation of foci of inflammation, edema, fibrous structuring and malignancy [9]. Endometriosis is always accompanied by excessive production of prostaglandins, causing a dishormonal imbalance between estrogen and androgen hormones, which, quite often, provokes the development of vaginal bleeding, irregular menstrual cycle, algodismenorrhea, uterine cancer [10]. Pain during the menstrual cycle, uterine blood flow is the reason for a thorough examination of patients in order to identify more dangerous dishormonal pathological disorders, including uterine cancer.
