IMMUNOLOGICAL PARAMETERS IN WOMEN WITH SCAR KELOID PATHOLOGY AFTER THE APPLICATION OF THE INJECTION OF CARBOXYTHERAPY

Abstract: the article presents the survey and treatment of women 20-55 years with keloid scar pathology before/after application of injectable methods of carboxytherapy. The study carried out PCR diagnostics allowing to obtain molecular genetic blood indices (IgG, IgA, IgM) in dynamics of spending carboxytherapy. The aim of the study was to estimate conducted by the PCR-immune parameters in women with keloid scar pathology before/after application of injectable methods of carboxytherapy. It was found that the severity of keloid pathology of the skin interacts with generalized immune protection body that does not contradict to the literature. The obtained data confirm our assumption about the pathogenetic orientation of injection carboxytherapy, providing immunotherapeutic correction for scar skin changes. Injectable carboxytherapy affects the protein involved in the occurrence of ROS – NF-kB. In this case, the nuclear transcription factor NF-kB (heterodimeric sequential transcription factor found in many cells B) provides an effect on the cytoplasm associated with the blocker kB, which prevents the ingress of foreign information into the nucleus.
