Abstract: the article deals with optimization issues in the work of nurses. High level medical care is provided when there are objective factors of labour. To manage quality and achieve the best results, it is necessary to consider the analysis of this process, identify shortcomings, causes and methods of elimination. This makes it possible to increase the satisfaction of the medical staff with their work and the patient’s satisfaction with the quality of the services provided.
