Abstract: this article is devoted to the study of the pharmaceutical market of antianginal medicines. The relevance of the chosen topic is undeniable, because in terms of mortality diseases of the circulatory system, Russia is ahead of many European countries by 2-3.5 times. We studied the literature on diseases of the cardiovascular system, conducted a systematic analysis of data from the State register of medicines on the range of anti-anginal drugs, analyzed summary price lists of wholesale organizations in the pharmaceutical market of the Republic of Tatarstan, reports of pharmacies of the Republic of Tatarstan on the consumption of anti-anginal drugs, and surveyed pharmacy visitors on these issues.
The results of the conducted analysis and conclusions are presented: profiles of antianginal medicines of national and regional levels are structured; in the State register of medicines of Russia consists of 86% of names antianginal drugs included in the list of essential drugs, supply distributors of drugs in the amount of 92%, included to the list of essential drugs; in the State register of medicines of Russia the greatest number of dosage forms are presented in the form of tablets with a film cover (23%). At the wholesale level, the presented dosage forms are in greater quantity in the form of tablets and tablets with a film cover; most antianginal drugs are presented by a Russian manufacturer; the average price of antianginal drugs at the wholesale level is 122 rubles; according to the survey of pharmacy visitors, the majority of respondents purchase drugs, focusing on the effectiveness (47%). The choice of the country of origin does not play an important role when purchasing medicines; respondents consider tablets to be the most convenient form of medicine (56%); respondents prefer to buy medicines in the price category from 150 to 300 rubles (46%).
