FEATURES OF FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS

Abstract: the article is devoted to the formation of professional motivation of future teachers. The relevance of the problem under study is due to a number of reasons. First, the system of vocational education has changed, and there is a need to train a highly qualified teacher with a high professional motivation. Second, the number of students with low levels of motivation is increasing. Thus, the purpose of the article is to create a model of formation of professional motivation of the future teacher and to test in practice its effectiveness. The study uses methods such as literature analysis, simulation, experiment-forming testing. The results of the study include the following: personal, incentive and evaluation components of formation of professional motivation of the future teacher are formed in the process of training. The results of testing students are given. The theoretical significance of the study is that it contributes to the theory of learning and education in higher education, expands and enhances the understanding of the substantive and technological foundations of the training of the future teacher and opens up prospects for further improvement of the professional training of the specialist in the field of education. The practical significance is that the method proposed in the article to form professional motivation of students can be applied in the process of teaching a subject teacher in any educational field. The article can provide interest for faculty of secondary and higher education institutions, psychologists, teachers.
