THE ROLE OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS IN THE PROMOTION OF STAFF UNDER FIXED-TERM EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP

Abstract: the article considers the theory and practice of management within the structural units of the organization. The efficiency and competitiveness of the company depends not only on the solution of professional tasks, but also on the relationship and interaction between structural units. The author notes that the employer pays little attention to the strategy of constructive communications, including temporarily employed workers, especially in conditions of urgent labor relations. Given the temporary employment relationship with the company, the employee is not given the opportunity for professional development, which exacerbates the quality of the work performed affects the competitiveness of the company. Based on this, it is important for the employer to take into account the short period of the employee’s work, in the process of interaction to stimulate labor activity and understand his motivation, using the method of corporate culture in the company’s system. The manager, using the corporate culture as a system of material spiritual values in the company, on the one hand will develop communicative interaction with employees of the enterprise, on the other hand will increase the level of efficiency, competitiveness of the enterprise beyond its borders.
