Abstract: in the article the authors analyze the problem of formation of career orientation of the individual; determine the psychological and pedagogical conditions of formation of career orientation of students in vocational education; it is investigated the features of the manifestation of career orientation of students of the experimental group. The paper proves that career training of future specialists should be carried out systematically, taking into account the level of formation of internal factors that determine career orientation and success. At each stage of professional development of the person it is necessary to formulate the realized purposes and tasks which have to be correlated with requirements and norms existing in society, values of future professional activity. The values, preferences and attitudes motivate to create an image of future careersuccess and master the most acceptable ways of its implementation.
