THE EVALUATION OF PROVECTORAL CYTOKINS OF THE IMMUNE SYSTEM DEPENDING ON THE VARIANTS OF COHERENT IMMUNOTHERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH CERVICAL CANCER

Abstract: the aim of the study was to assess the state of the main cytokines of the immune system in patients with cervical cancer stage II-III in the complex accompanying immunotherapy, an increase in proinflammatory cytokines in the serum of peripheral blood of patients with cervical cancer was established. Cytokine spectrum in cervical cancer was characterized by high content of main pro-inflammatory cytokines and IL-6. Inclusion in the complex of accompanying treatment of EIFT and EIFT+PF is one of the ways to reduce endogenous intoxication during anticancer drug therapy. Consequently, studies showed that the most effective in terms of reducing the side effects of chemotherapy in the complex treatment of patients with LSM II-III stages, as well as in improving the subjective state of patients and their quality of life have immunotherapy schemes, including the use of EIFT and EIFT+PF, which reduce the main clinical manifestations of chemotherapy toxicity, improves the subjective state of the patient. The method of EIFT in the complex therapy of oncogynecological diseases can improve the performance of five-year overall and relapse-free survival of patients.
