Abstract: the article presents the results of pathomorphological study of adenoma bed biopsies of patients operated by bipolar transurethral resection and enucleation for benign prostatic hyperplasia. In the postoperative period, patients of the control group were treated according to the standard scheme of prevention of complications, including antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, haemostatic and anticoagulant therapy. Patients of the main group in addition to standard therapy received a course of intravesical instillations of the solution of hyaluronic acid “URO-GIAL”. It was established that the treatment with this drug allows to accelerate the process of adenoma bed healing after endoscopic operations by 2-4 times, according to the volume of removed prostate tissues. Clinically, this is manifested by a reduction in the frequency and duration of postoperative dysuric disorders and the absence of delayed obstructive complications. On the basis of histological confirmation of epithelial formation terms of an operating wound the scheme of complex prevention of complications of endoscopic operations at hyperplasia of a prostate allowing to increase efficiency of surgical treatment and quality of life of patients is developed.
