THE SYSTEMATIC APPROACH IN THE ANALYSIS AND DIAGNOSTICS OF MANAGEMENT EFFICIENCY OF PROFESSIONAL SECTORAL IDENTIFICATION OF THE PERSON

Abstract: Increasing the level of professional training directly depends on the degree of professional industrial identification of the person. The quantitative dimension of this category remains relevant for a long period of time. The system approach is the one of the main in the process of research. It allows to systematize the qualitative definitions, to organize database, to study array of information and to develop the recommendations of improvement of management efficiency of professional industrial identification of employees.

Purpose: To define the method of analysis and the diagnostics of professional industrial identification of the person.

Result of research: In the article the author’s methods of analysis and the diagnostics of efficiency of professional sectoral identification of the person taking into account the stage of professional personal development, the temperament, the management style are considered.
