PATHOGENETIC FEATURES OF THE LACK OF INTRACTIVE ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION EFFECT

Abstract: an analysis was made of the pathogenetic features of the absence of the effect of intrauterine insemination on the basis of the fundamental principles of the doctrine of the A.A. Ukhtomsky dominant, the theory of P.K. Anokhin functional systems, the works of G. Selye about the general adaptation syndrome, the features of the implementation of pathological visceral-visceral reflexes. The permanent stress of the modern lifestyle and the development of pathological genital-genital and cervical-isthmic reflexes, as factors preventing fertilization during intrauterine insemination, were highlighted. It was established that the permanent impact of stressors leads to a violation of the regulatory function of the central nervous system. Moreover, the intervention during intrauterine insemination becomes a stressor, which leads to a change in the functional state of the uterus over a certain period of time, the duration of which depends on the individual characteristics of the woman’s body. An additional source of pathological impulse leading to the development of a genital-genital reflex is inflammatory gynecological diseases that exacerbate functional disorders of the endometrial motor activity and uterine hypertonicity. In those cases when, after intrauterine insemination, the functional state of the uterus is restored (normalization of tone, endometrial peristalsis), there is a chance of pregnancy. Otherwise, the probability of a positive result of IUI in the form of pregnancy is excluded. As part of a preliminary study, it was found that during measures aimed at normalizing uterine tone and endometrial peristalsis in 34 women who underwent IUI, pregnancy occurred in 10 (29.4%), which indicates the prospect of research in this direction.
