Abstract: the dynamics of clinical symptoms of children and adolescents aged 9-18 years treated at the dental center “Videntis” in Moscow, who previously had orthodontic treatment in different medical institutions of Moscow and the Moscow region, is analyzed. Based on 204 observations of complicated orthodontic treatment, it was found that 100.0 % of them did not undergo rehabilitation correction with the use of physiotherapeutic factors. The successful development of physiotherapy rehabilitation technologies, the emergence of new complex pharmaco-physiotherapy methods using laser, electromagnetic, microwave factors, affect the mucosal immunity, determine the current direction of development of priority rehabilitation and scientific areas.
