Abstract: a promising direction for the study of endogenous intoxication after psychological counseling and psychocorrection was highlighted. A theoretical substantiation of the development of endogenous neurointoxication after psychological correction and its significance for psychology and psychophysiology was carried out. 32 people who applied for psychological help analyzed the dynamics of the content of medium-weight molecules in serum, which are a marker of endogenous intoxication before and after psychological counseling and psychocorrection, with the interpretation of the results according to the author’s methodology protected by the RF patent No. 2636771 indicators of molecules of average weight just before the consultation. At the same time, indicators after psychocorrection were expressed as a percentage relative to the individual standard. It was established that after 3 hours after psychological correction, the content of MSM in the serum increased significantly to 207.4 ± 12.9% (P˂0.05), and on the morning of the next day there was a tendency to a significant increase in the content of MSM to 324.7 ± 38, 1% (P˂0.05). At the same time, the next day in 28 (87.5%) cases, clinical manifestations of endogenous intoxication were noted to varying degrees of severity. Thus, the general tendency of an increase in the content of molecules of average weight in the morning of the next day in the blood was revealed in comparison with the indicators registered before the consultation. At the same time, neurointoxication phenomena were observed with an increase in the level of endotoxins in the blood in the morning by 2.5 times or more compared with the figures recorded before psychocorrection. It is advisable to continue research in this direction.
