STUDYING OF INTRA-PERSONAL CONFLICT IN THE STRUCTURE OF PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

Abstract: the article considers the current state of studying the problem of interpersonal conflict as a factor of adaptation, characterized by the consideration of the relationship of these categories at two levels: intrapersonal conflict is considered as a driving force, a source of self in the process of adaptation, and as a leading indicator of adaptation of complications. The study was conducted using the methodology of G. Taylor, in addition, V.G. Norakidze. It is established that the influence of interpersonal conflict in the process of adaptation depends on self-identification in a complex interaction of external (socially determined) and internal (individual-personal) factors. This indicated that the psychological content of intrapersonal conflict experiences has a high degree of individual differentiation and thus determines the uniqueness of the perception and interpretation of a particular person. An indicator of the transition from one level to another of intrapersonal difficulties is the vulnerability to conflicting relationships among themselves in the context of internal experience. The character of the student’s adaptation is determined by the internal model and is solved by the complexities of interpersonal experience, which are formed in the mind and form the basis of individual experience.
