SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF DEVICE ADDICTION OF MODERN SCHOOLCHILDREN AND STUDENTS

Abstract: this article discusses the socio-psychological aspects of addiction to the Internet, computers and smartphones, and also analyzes the results of evaluating device addiction and the impact of devices on the psychological health of schoolchildren and university students. The processes of informatization and computerization led to the emergence of various products of technological progress: smartphones, tablets, computers, etc., which provide ample opportunities for communication, training, entertainment and simplify many difficulties (delivery, purchase, transportation). Which, in turn, leads to enthusiasm, and subsequently to pathological dependence, leading to a number of diseases that worsen the mental, physical and social health of students in grades 10-11. It is difficult to deny the unconditional benefit of various devices in the modern conditions of the life of our society. But it is necessary to correlate the benefits and negative effects of technological progress products. As all types of device addiction lead to a number of problems related to psychological and social health, manifested in various somatic diseases, behavioral disorders, autonomic disorders, disorders of the musculoskeletal system, and much more, the research tasks, assessment and analysis of this problem presented in the article.
