Abstract: the article demonstrates the comparative results of the treatment of women with dental pathology treated by methods of physiotherapy in conducting them integrated dental treatment. The emphasis is on antioxidant response after application of physical factors as LILR (low-intensity infrared laser radiation), whereas endpoints advocate pro-and antioxidant levels indicators (estradiol lipidogram, SOD, catalase blood). It was noted that after suffering a generic stress in 87.5% of women with GSD in the early postnatal period clinically pronounced shifts from the reserves of adaptive security is observed, including by the dental status. Structural imbalances between the main indicators of pro-and antioxidant systems that weight for gestational diabetes and dental diseases whose treatment is more justified methods pharmaco-physiotherapy are identified.
