Abstract: the article examines the aspects of the organization in the work of paramedical personnel, they are one of the main provisions for the indicator of efficiency in work and quality in care and monitoring of patients. Such a set of methods of the conducted studies can be used by the heads of medical institutions to improve the quality of the work of nurses. Care for patients who need help should be carried out by qualified nurses.
