THE INDICATIVE ACTION FRAMEWORK FOR THE FORMATION OF BASIC MUSICAL SKILLS ON THE SOLFEGGIO

Abstract: the paper presents the results of further development of the method of teaching basic musical concepts based on the psychological theory of formation of mental actions. The logic of the introduction of new concepts in the initial stages of studies on the subject of solfeggio was presented in the following sequence: sources and properties of musical sounds → scale → octave → semitone → chromatic scale → visual model of chromatic scale → stage chromatic scale. Principles of construction and results of approbation of the indicative bases of the actions used in the process of formation at pupils of CSA of new concepts are considered. The training was conducted using a visual model of a conventional octave scale, which served as an analogue of strings and acoustic guitar fretboard. For the transition to the beginning of the musical notation for the first time the scheme of the staves was applied, consisting of 7 lines. It was used as an intermediate for the subsequent transition to the classical 5-line staves. Students with interest performed all the proposed tasks, demonstrating the high quality of assimilation of new concepts for them on the subject of “solfeggio”.
