Abstract: chronic bronchitis on the background of tuberculosis is a widespread form of disease in the world and in the Republic of Azerbaijanian. Timely diagnostics and the correct treatment of CB is important current problem. The effectiveness of CB treatment depends upon timely diagnosis and possibility usage of all possible means including immunotropic preparations. Etiotropic treatment of CB is basic therapy, the problem of immunocorrection remains very actual. Progress of immunology as fundamental medicobiological science was marked by an essential increasing of knowledge of an immune system role and viability of an organism. Closest interaction of immune system with central nervous, with respiratory, endocrine systems, systems of digestion, blood formation, etc. was proved. In modern pharmacology enough synthetic preparations with influencing to immune system, however, herbal origin preparations are more preferable, in view of lack of side-effects. Search of herbal origin preparations opportunities of impact on these systems lags behind. In medical practice these preparations are applied not so often though and it is known, that the majority of diseases are being resulted by decreasing the factors of immunological protection and is followed by their chronization. The article includes the information related with disturbances of immune findings and the new approach method of immunocorrection in case of CB. Herbal preparation as infusion of licorice root and flowers of laurels noble were elaborated and standards of quality and recommended for patients with chronic bronchitis basically were being studied in details. The information about the new form of symptomatic treatment approach was given and the effectiveness of clinical dynamics in case of administration elaborated herbal preparation by us was described. Side-effects during application for patients were not observed.
