ASSESSMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL LOYALTY IN MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract: the article is devoted to assessing the level of loyalty of employees of institutions with different forms of organization and the source of financing for the city of Krasnodar in one of the important branches of public policy – the health care system. The author studies the loyalty indicator and subjective control levels, where the analyzed “data samples” in the studied clinics have different density and degree of data homogeneity, not related to the quantitative ratio and qualitative distribution of positions among the interviewed clinic staff. In general, an assessment of the level of organizational loyalty revealed quite a multi-polar attitude of employees to their organizations. It was determined that a high level of loyalty (OCQ) was recorded in private clinics than in municipal clinics. In addition, the value of the indicator of the level of organizational loyalty is influenced by the profile of the medical institution and the types of assistance provided. This is confirmed by the study of subjective control levels. This explains the presence of a contradictory situation in the domestic health care system. Indicators of the level of loyalty in private and municipal clinics can be considered as a public indicator of significant changes, or their absence, in the domestic health care system.

Conclusions are drawn about the reasons for the impossibility of a complete transition of the domestic health care system to more effective and highly service private medicine. Practical recommendations have been developed that will increase the level of loyalty in medical institutions with different forms of organization and financing.
