{"id":9716,"date":"2019-08-20T23:28:52","date_gmt":"2019-08-20T20:28:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ijmp.ru\/?p=9716"},"modified":"2019-08-20T23:29:12","modified_gmt":"2019-08-20T20:29:12","slug":"jeffektivnost-nepolnoj-revaskuljarizacii-miokarda-pri-nevozmozhnosti-vosstanovlenija-okkljuzirovannoj-koronarnoj-arterii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ijmp.ru\/en\/archives\/9716","title":{"rendered":"THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INCOMPLETE MYOCARDIAL REVASCULARIZATION IN CASE  OF IMPOSSIBILITY OF OCCLUSIONAL CORONARY ARTERY RECOVERY"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Abstract: <\/strong>the article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the dynamics of the functional parameters of the left ventricle (LV) of 138 patients with coronary artery occlusion after incomplete (palliative; IMR &#8211; the main group \u2013 62 people) and complete myocardial revascularization (CMR &#8211; control group \u2013 76 people). The implementation of IMR provided for correction of only significant neoclusal lesions, CMR \u2013 restoration of the occluded artery and correction of stenoses of other coronary arteries. As clinically significant the indicators were considered that describe the LV function: ejection fraction, an index violation of local contractility, diastolic function. After 12 months after the interventions, LV function was fully normalized in 34.5% of patients of the IMR group and 58.0% of the CMR group, in both groups a significant increase in patients with only one indicator was determined.
