General condition at admission was assessed as severe. The health of the child suffered. The child fell behind in physical development. The survey revealed marked changes in the biochemical analysis of blood. Morphological changes in renal tissue during ultrasound examination of the kidneys. As a result of the examination gipoplastic dysplasia of the kidneys was diagnosed. Chronic renal failure III \u2013 IV. The child was transferred to Nephrology with the purpose of hemodialysis and renal biopsy, in the future we plan to have a transplant. The studies in the antenatal and postnatal period has not been made, as the child from asocial families. Necessary measure for early diagnosis of congenital malformations of the kidney in children is antenatal and postnatal ultrasound examination.
