DIAGNOSIS OF REFLEX DISORDERS IN THE FALLOPIAN TUBES

Abstract: the results of echohysterosalpingography (EHSG) in 78 patients with tuboperitoneal infertility aimed at in-vitro fertilization (IVF) were studied. It was established that with standard EHSG conduction, the patency of the tubes was absent in all patients. Patients were offered and received written informed consent for additional research and non-disclosure agreement. Additional research provided during EHSG in identifying impaired patency of the fallopian tubes, re-examination after the blockade of the ligament of the uterus (patent RF № 2522395). It was established that after blockade of the round ligament of the uterus, the patency of the fallopian tubes was observed in 28 (36.9 ± 5.4%) patients, and the total number of passable fallopian tubes was 39 (31.7 ± 4.3%). Taking into account that the restoration of patency of the fallopian tubes is not a criterion of pregnancy, it is advisable to further study the transport function of the fallopian tubes.
