PECULIARITIES OF STUDYING OF THE PROFESSIONAL SECTORAL IDENTIFICATION (PSIL) OF LEADER’S PERSONALITY TAKING INTO ACCOUNT GENDER AND CONFLICT FACTOR

Abstract: the psychological burden placed on the head, in the time-period requires a high concentration of attention, the emotional background, the intellectual efforts, which is reflected in the effectiveness of the management decisions. In this regard, the study of professional branch identification is the one of the main tools for its regulation. The effectiveness of managerial decision-making depends on gender, the temperament, the style of management, the strategy chosen by the manager, which is the one of the main factors determining the topic of the article.

Purpose: to study the degree of professional industry identification of the manager depending on the influence of the main factors, to reveal the content and interrelation of the main components.

Result of research: the article considers the peculiarities of research of professional branch identification of the manager taking into account the type of gender identification, the temperament, the style and  the strategy of management etc. The main results of the degree of manifestation of professional branch identification of the manager are presented in the article.
