THE PLASMA NOT SPLIT NATIVE FIBRONECTIN IN DIAGNOSTICS OF SYSTEMIC INFLAMMATORY REACTION AT SURGICAL PATIENTS

Abstract: this article is devoted to a research of the plasma not split native fibronectin (PNNF) in diagnostics of systemic inflammatory reaction at surgical patients the research was conducted on the basis of office of purulent surgery. Patients were on treatment in the period from January to May, 2015. Patients were divided into 2 groups. The first was made by patients in number of 21 persons with diseases: peritonitis, extensive purulent necrotic diseases of the weak fabrics, gangrene of the lower extremities. The research is based on theoretical and practical views. The research includes a thermometry, calculation of heart rate, the analysis of level of leukocytes in peripheral blood, calculation of the leukocytic index of intoxication on V.K. Ostrovsky, the analysis of content of C-protein and PNNF was carried out by method of a solid-phase enzyme immunoassay. All indexes were estimated twice.
