MOTIVATIONAL AND COMPETENCY PROFESSIONAL PROFILE OF A UNIVERSITY TEACHER

Abstract: the article presents the description of a new type of job description, characterizing the professionalism of the high school teacher. Classical methods of professionography were used, including analysis of documents, products of creative activity of the subject of labor, methods of measurement motivational characteristics of the subject of labor, in particular, using the author’s methodology for measuring structural levels of motivation (reference is given to the study), and theoretical analysis. Job description is developed based on the scientific principles of processes of human activity, a combination of adaptive and non-adaptive types of activity as a condition of development of human activities, the principles of functional identity and internalization, etc. The theoretical foundation of descriptions is presented through the allocation of motivational and competence-based parameters of professionalism. The structural components and content of the professionalism of a high school teacher, internal prerequisites and external conditions as factors of psychological support for the professionalism of a University teacher are highlighted. The zones of difficulties in achieving the purpose of professionalism, socio-psychological and integrative motivational and competence parameters of the professionalism of a high school teacher are defined. Motivational and competence-based mental graph of the teacher of high school as a structural component of job description is presented. Motivational and competence-based profile allows changing the idea of the parameters of the analysis of professional activity and the personality of the subject of labor, discovering the possibilities, new opportunities to study the components of professionalism of a high school teacher.
