RESULTS OF SCREENING EVALUATION OF THE STATE OF CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM OF STUDENTS IN NIZHNY NOVGOROD

Abstract: the aim of the study was to study the state of systemic hemodynamics in students of the main higher educational institutions of Nizhny Novgorod during the inter-sessional period. The study included 208 students from all major higher education institutions in Nizhny Novgorod. For ECG registration and analysis of hemodynamic parameters, the “Medical Soft” sports testing system was used. Standard thermodynamic parameters (blood pressure level, pulse rate, shock volume, cardiac output, etc.), statistical and spectral parameters of heart rate variability, as well as an integral criterion of microcirculation status were used for monitoring. Data analysis was performed in accordance with the age standards formed by the developers of the equipment. It was found that this group of individuals has good adaptive reserves, but some of the surveyed students have signs of sympathicotonia and a moderate risk of arrhythmogenic events.
