SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEING OF THE TEACHER IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Abstract: the article considers the peculiarities of the perception of current situation by the teacher through a sense of subjective well-being, professional-pedagogical communication and the specificity of pedagogical activity, the teacher’s mental state, the influence of the mental state of the teacher on the educational process and student, creating a positive psychological background in the student group. Tracing the dynamics of the teacher’s professionalism, in various situations of special working conditions and professional activity, we can note the emergence of tense situations as stressors caused by the subjective perception of the teacher. Their occurrence depends on the psychological characteristics that cause mismatch of different systems of the body and psyche, mobilizing internal reserves. Having professional values, a person is a psychologically mature professional person, has a developed professional consciousness and professional abilities, uses the techniques of professional thinking, shows interest and creativity in work. The problem of displaying negative emotions of teachers in the classroom is associated with temporary mental states of fatigue, mental tension, which leads to professional deformation, to a sense of subjective distress and, as a consequence, negative emotions of students in the classroom. Definition of the place representation of the subjective feelings of the individual in existing psychological theories and concepts, the influence of complex working conditions on the change of some characteristics of the psychological structure of the personality of a professional teacher, forming the emotional background of the work of the student team.
